About Cosmicus

Cosmicus makes eccentric music for cosmic souls – an unconventional sound that fuses modern-style production with old-school flavor.

Born in Chicago, Cosmicus grew up in one of the most eclectic decades in music history – the 90s. With a unique, genre-bending style, his production technique is somewhat reminiscent of that time period.

He was always an avid music listener, but never an artist…until covid hit. Bored by quarantine lock-down, Cosmicus used his stimulus money to build a music recording studio in his bedroom. He recorded beats, but never completed a full song. Covid restrictions lifted, and his beats went untouched for months.

After a magickal trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains, the beat making flame was re-ignited, and he accomplished the goal of releasing Drop It, his debut single, in early 2023.

During the fall season of 2023, Cosmicus released his Halloween EP, Haunted Eve. Because of the engagement and success of that EP, he released his first full-length Halloween album, Stalking Evil, in September of 2024.
